Who we are
We know the property market in Romania very well, we are professional chartered accountants, and our clients take advantage of our long experience, so they make the best choice for their investments.
We give our clients an unbiased advice for choosing their investments. We offer our clients a global range of services, from the beginning and during the continuance of the investment. We co-operate with other professionals, such as lawyers, bankers and valuers, and we make a thorough investigation of the titles of the property before any commitment is undertaken.
We undertake the formation of company (ies), we offer registered office and administrator, and thereafter the maintenance of the company (accounting and auditing services, all company official returns, payment of taxes, bank account operation, and all these at very competitive prices, which we agree from the beginning. We make the application to the bank and prepare all necessary studies required by the bank for approving the loan.
We negotiate with the bank the terms of the loan. We can offer our global services, project management, administration, and sales, without any trouble for the investor, only consultation and giving all necessary information in case of projects (to build a first class office building for letting, or apartments to sell, or the division of land into plots for sale).
We promote the sale of a property, when we receive such instructions, by putting the property in the market and evaluating the offers and recommending the most profitable offer. We can offer our office in Bucharest (in the heart of the city) so the investor can make use of it for matters relating to his/her investments, and we will always offer him/her professional services of the highest quality.
We offer as accountants to our clients advice for effective tax planning. Using advanced technology, our office in Cyprus is connected on-line with the office in Bucharest, and in this way we can offer very valuable service. Clients can discuss and give instructions in Cyprus in the same way as they would be in Romania.
